BANDSAW BLADES-HONSBERG
PEGAS - GONDA company also deals with a production and selling of saw-blades for metals.
We use bimetal saw-blades. For saw-blades welding we use footage from reputable producers. It is possible to cut steel, tool steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, plastics.
Base part of saw-blade is spring steel of high quality. Teeth are made of HSS steel
HONSBERG VISION M42

HONSBERG DELTA M42
Bimetal bandsaw blade made of ~4% high chrome alloyed tenacious backing material and a HSS cutting edge made of HSS M42 / material No. 1.3247 with a cobalt content of 8% and a hardness of approx. 68 HRc. This blade with an aggressive cutting angle of 16° positive (see also Geometry-Tooth Forms) is designed to cut solids and thick walled tubes and structurals on 2-column and swing type machinery with low vibrations. The advantages of this blade are an easy cutting behavior with good chip formation and smooth cutting. All in all, this leads to an increase in life time compared to standard bimetal bandsaw blades. Designed to cut and thick walled tubes and structurals on 2-column and swing type machinery with low vibrations. Also most recommendable to cut non-ferrous materials.

HONSBERG SECURA M42
Bimetal Bandsaw blade made of ~ 4% high chrome alloyed tenacious backing material and a HSS cutting edge made of HSS M42 / material No. 1.3247 with a cobalt content of 8% and a hardness of approx. 68 HRc. The special Secura tooth and set geometry prevents the blade from binding in the cutting channel, f.e. Heavy I... beams and structurals. The ultimate service life is reached by ist shock resistant tooth style which absorbs vibration typical for structural cutting best. Heavy structurals or non ferrous metals.

HONSBERG RADIAL M42
Bimetal bandsaw blade made of ~4% high chrome alloyed tenacious backing material and a HSS cutting edge made of HSS M42 / material No. 1.3247 with a cobalt content of 8% and a hardness of approx. 68 HRc. Honsberg Radial is the world-wide leading solution for cutting high- and highest alloyed solids on low vibration 2-column bandsaw and block bandsaw machinery for production cutting. Honsberg engineers managed to merge the 16° positive cutting angle (see also Geometry-Tooth Forms) with the reliable Triple Tooth Concept and a special set. The result is a highly aggressive cut behavior with excellent finish and highest cutting rates. New development for cutting hight- and hightes alloyed steels and alloys, nickel base superalloys on 2 column and block bandsaw machinery.

HONSBERG DURATEC M51
There is a bimetal blade. Bearing blade - flexible steel with 4% Cr. The cutting part - speedcutting toolsteel HSS M51. Legating with the 10%contents of Co and 10% Wo enables hardening of teeth edges to 69 HRC. These blade are suitable for cutting of highly legated materials , hardness up to 50 HRC. Thanks to high resistance against thermal and abrasive actions, the blade life is higher especially when cutting bigger diameters. Use: cutting of highly legates solids and thick wall tubes on machines that are vibration resistant. Designet to cut highter alloyed solids and tick walled tubec on low vibration machinery.

HONSBERG SINUS III
TCT bandsaw blade with the proven ~4% high chrome alloyed tenacious backing material and a carbide tipped, diamond ground tooth edge with a hardness of approx. 1600 HV. The special Sinus III grind creates a tooth design with various chipping sections for production cutting with low vibrations. Hallmarks of this newly developed high tech blade are best finish, highest cutting rates, heat resistancy and a long service life. The area of application is the cutting of all materials up to a hardness of approx. 62 HRc. Due to the hardness of the teeth and the high tensile strength of the backing material a significant increase in cutting rates and therefore faster cut times are possible. Designed for high speed cutting specially for large diameters of highest alloyed Cr, Ni, Ti steels grades and super alloyes High Speed Cutting machinery designed for TCT blades.
