Construction:
frame of the machines is a weldment, it is leaded by two columns in linear bearings. Thanks to a sloped arm there is lowered a danger of blade twisting and it is possible to situate a blade as near the linear leading on columns as possible. This arrangement enables to eliminate vibrations and enables to achieve a maximum cutting power of machine. The working table is leaded by a linear leading and driven by an independent drive with a frequency converter for a fluent regulation of the feeding speed. There are T grooves for firming of material on the table. The working table is here for manipulation with the material. Machine is equipped by hydraulically controlled blade tightening . A blade is leaded by adjustable guides with a hardmetall plates. Upper blade leading is in a hardened ring on a needle leading. The cleaning brush that ensures the perfect cleaning and function of the blade is driven by an electroengine. Drive is ensured by a planet gear box and three phase electroengine with the fluent regulation of the circumferential blade speed with the frequency coverter. Cooling system for emulsion distributed to blade quides.Working movements are regulated by hydraulic system. Arm of machine has a an automatic sensor for a measuring of a position over material and there is also an end stop for setting a down position. A controlling systém of machine represents a working states as circumferential blade speed, speed of arm movement to cut and a state of single working movements. A part of a system are also inputs and outputs for connection of an abovestandard accessories.
