It is a highly efficient automatic hydraulically controlled band-saw with multiple material feed.  The length and number of pieces are set on the control panel. Stroj si sám volí počet podání a provádí potřebné výpočty. Podavač materiálu řešen v kombinaci s válečkovou dráhou, která podpírá polotovar v celé délce podání (1500 mm).
X-CNC  version in the basic solution offers 64-bits control system with posibilities of  automatic regulation of the arm movement towards the cut that  depends on cut resistance of the material, electronic setting of  upper and down position of the arm, on display you can see cutting speed and the shift speed. The control system is prepared for comunication with other external accesories. It is possible to set 99 lines ( the different lenght and number of pieces).
The machine is designed for vertical cuts.
 t is suitable for serial production and thank to its robust construction enables to cut wide range of materials including stainless stells and tool steels both profiles and full materials.  

Construction:

• The band sawing machine has a sturdy design.   The machine is  constructionaly  designed in that way, so that it corresponds to extreme  exertions in productive conditions. That is why all carrying parts are made as cast-iron castings (solidity, damping of  vibrations and stops).  
• The arm of the machine is made of cust iron and it is designed to ensure the strenght and the precision of the cut.  Arm is 25 grades sloped, it increases the lifetime of  blade. Arm is placed in adjustable bearings.
• Material is fixed in front of as well as behind the cut in the vice. The vice is designed so that the rest of material in the automatic cycle is minimal. The vice is made of cast iron and the jaws allow a safe grip. The hydraulically controlled vice with short travel is situated in an adjustable dovetail groove. The adjustment is manual with a wheel and trapeze thread.
• Leading of blade in hard-metal plates.
• The sawing machine is equipped with an electromechanical device, which monitors the band tension and a limit switch, which secures the machine against slack band.
• The saw-band is equipped by a guard, which protects the operator from millings and cutting emulsion.   
• Mechanic tightening of the blade.
• The cleaning brush for a perferct cleaning of the blade.
• Drive of machine is solved by worm gear box with maintenanceless oil filling. Three-phases electromotor  with double winding, with  a frequency converter  for a fluent regulation of the blade speed from 20 to 100 m/min. Sturdy flange with shaft. Termoprotection of engine.
• Cooling system for emulsion with liquid distribution to blade guides.  
• Robust base with a tank for chips.
• Indication of  blade tightening and opening of the cover
• Controlling 24 V
• Maschine is equipped by hydraulic system that manipulates all functions of that maschine. It presses the arm to cut, pulls up the arm, opens and closes vices, moving of feeder.
