Highly productive, automatic, hydraulically controlled band saw machine with multiple feeding of the material. The lenght and number of pieces is set on controlling panel. The machine itself vote the number of feeds and make neccesssary calculations. The feeder of the material is combined with roller conveyor which suppports the material in the whole lenght ( 1500mm).   

X-CNC  version in the basic solution offers 64-bits control system with posibilities of  automatic regulation of the arm movement towards the cut that  depends on cut resistance of the material, electronic setting of  upper and down position of the arm, on display you can see cutting speed and the shift speed. The control system is prepared for comunication with other external accesories. It is possible to set 99 lines ( the different lenght and number of pieces).

The machine is designed for vertical and angular cuts; angular cuts are steplessly adjustable from 0° to +60° right  (in automatic mode) and  from 0° to -45° left (in semiautomatic mode). Change of angle using quick clamping handle.

It is suitable for serial production and thank to its robust construction enables to cut wide range of materials including stainless stells and tool steels both profiles and full materials.
