Gravitational band saw machine. Working movement of the arm is caused by the weight of the arm itself, speed is regulated by a choke valve and hydraulic cylinder.
The machine is designed for cutting of material in vertical and angle cuts, angle cuts are possible to set fluently from 0 to 60 grades to the right and from 0 to 60 grades to the left. Change of angle using quick clamping handle.
It is suitable for piece production and small series production. Thanks to its rugged construction it enables cutting of wide range of profiles and full materials.
Construction:
- The machine is constructionaly designed in that way, so that it corresponds to standard exertions in productive conditions. All bearing parts of the machine are solved as the robust steel weldments.
- The arm is situated in pretightened slide bushes with a teflon friction surface.
- The down working position of the arm controlled by the miscroswitch. After reaching of the down position the arm and the movement of the blade stop. The arm is lifted by the operator manually.
- The part of the vice which is from the cust iron ensures the safe clamping of the material. The movement of the jaw is ensured by the big screw, the quick clamping by the handle with the excenter. Basic part of the vice moves according to the direction of the angle cut setting, fixation is made by the handle.
- The turntable is a robust weldment situated on tapered roller bearings. The position of the turntable is fixed by the handle with the excenter.The position of the turntable for vertical cutting is arested automatically by the spring mechanism.
- The leading of the blade is in carbide desks and leading bearings.
- Automatic indication of blade tension.
- Mechanic tightening of the blade.
- Drive of machine is solved by worm gear box with pernament oil filling. Three phase engine with double winding, two cutting speeds. Termoprotection of engine.
- Cooling system for emulsion with liguid distribution to blade guides.
- Base with a tank for chips.
- Indication of blade tightening and opening of the cover.
- Controlling 24 V.

Operating cycle:
Working movement of the arm is caused by the weight of the arm itself, arm position is defined by a hydraulic cylinder. Speed is regulated by a throttle valve. A operator cutting speed. After finnishing the cut machines stops itself automatically and an operator lifts the arm manually to the start posittion. Feeding of material is manual.
