Semiautomatic, hydraulically manipulated two column band saw machine.
It enables angle cuts to the left ( 60 grades) and to the right ( 60 grades).
It is suitable for serial production and thank to its robust construction enables to cut wide range of materials including stainless stells and tool steels both profiles and full materials.
Construction:
- A rugged construction of machine including vice allows to take advantage of bimetal blades maximally.
- The arm of machine is conducted by linear bearing with a high loading capacity.
- Working movement of arm between up and down position is regulated by microswitches. After reaching of the down limit position the arm goes to the set upper position automatically.
- Vice with a long stroke hydraulic cylinder with divided jaw that clamps the material in front of as well as behind the cut ( vertical cuts).
- There is a turntable with machined leading place of a basement for making angle cuts.
- Leading of blade is in hard-metal plates.
- The blade is 7 grades sloped regarding the level of the vice => higher performance when cutting, profiles, longer bladelife, higher performance when cutting full materials.
- There is a quide situated on the firm beam on the drive side. On the tightening side there is the quide situated on the movable beam. The quidebeams of the blade are adjustable in the whole working range. The position of the quide is set manually.
- The tension of blade is controlled automatically.
- A pasive drived brush is mounted for a perfect cleaning of a blade.
- Drive of machine is solved by worm gear box with maintenanceless oil filling. Three-phases electromotor with double winding, with a frequency converter for a fluent regulation of the blade speed from 20 to 100 m/min. Sturdy flange with shaft. Termoprotection of engine.
- Cooling system for emulsion, leaded to the quides of the blade and by LocLine system directly to the cut groove.
- Robust base with a tank for chips.
- Indication of blade tightening and opening of the cover
- Extenally situated controlling panel - its position does not depend on the position of turntable position when cutting angles.
- Controlling 24 V
- Hydraulic centrale is situated outside the besament = beter cooling, better access. Maschine is equipped by hydraulic system that manipulates all functions of that maschine. It presses the arm to cut, pulls up the arm, opens and closes vices.

Operating cycle:
After the start vices are clamped, the cut is made by a selected speed, the microswitch is activated in the down position and the arm lifts up to the selected upper position and vices open. The operator only move the material.
