Highly productive semi-automatic, hydraulically manipulated two column band saw machine.
The band saw machine is suitable for perpendicular cutting.
The machine has massive design, it is robust and has new conception of friendly control system. It has blade sloped 7 degrees, which enables higher productivity during cutting of profiles and full materials and ensures longer lifetime of blades. These parameters together with powerfull drive and blade 34 mm heigh enable high productivity of machine.
Thanks to its robust construction enables to cut wide range of materials including stainless steels and tool steels.

- An arm is a massive weldment and it is designed so that a toughtness and a precision of cut was ensured. Arm moves on two columns by a help of a four row linear leading with a high loading capacity. Moving of arm using one hydraulic cylinder.
- Massice iron cast pulleys.
- Movement of guide is connected with movement of vice jaw. It is comfortable for operator – it is not necessary to adjust guides. Beam of guide is placed in linear leading.
- Arm working positions: Upper position automatically using Pegas ABP system (touching lath placed closely below tooth of blade, linear leading, microswitch, adjusting screw). Down position using adjusting stop and microswitch. After reaching of bottom position arm goes to upper position automatically.
- Main vice uses sofisticated solution using long stroke cylinder and iron cast jaw placed in steel leading. Long stroke jaws clamps material against the stationary jaw.
- The jaw of main vice is devided, it does mean material is clamped before as well as behind the cut.
- Chips go directly to chip extractor through stationary jaw.
- Blade guides using hard-metal plates.
- An electro-mechanical device for tension control and a limit switch protect the saw-band from insufficient tension and maintains perfect cutting conditions at all times.

- In standard is machine equipped with manual blade tightening, well-tighten blade is indicated by microswitch nad LED. As option we offer 410-NPH (hydraulic tightening with indication at gauge).
- Cleaning brush is driven by movement of pulley and enables high quality cleaning of blade. Driven cleaning brush is able as option 410-ECK (650 rev/min).
- Drive is using worm gearbox with permanent oil filling. Three phases engine with frequency converter for fluent blade speed changing 20-100 m/min. Massive flange with placement of driving shaft. Over heating protecting.
- Regulation of shaft speed (moving to cut) is manual and uses throttle valve placed beside control panel.
- Regulation of cutting press is using hydraulic valve and gauge.
- Machine uses safety regulation of shift speed PEGAS BRP. Principle: Machine will stop after exceeding set loading (defined in ampers).
- Cooling system for emulsion, leaded to the guides of the blade.
- Massive base with chip tank, worm chip extractors 410-VTS or 410- VTT as option.
- Indication of blade tightening and opening of the cover.

- Control system SHI handles saw movements as well as cutting cycle.
- The saw is equpped with safety red button for emergency stop.
- Machine is equipped with hydraulic system which controls functions of machine. It pushes the arm to cut, pulls up the arm, opens and closes vices.

After START vise will clamp, machine cut with set speed. In bottom arm position will swithch on the microswitch and arm will go to upper position. After it vice will open. Operator handles with material.
