We offer free painting capacity :
1. Pulver paint shop
Continuous SURFIN painting line for a final treatment by applying of pulver plasts. This technology is based on:
- pretreatment of the surface by degreasing and phosphating by a highpressure agregate ( pieces till diameter width 2500x hight 2500xlenght 4000mm).
- drying after highpressure washing by the hot air ( pieces till diameter width 1000x height 2400x lenght 3200mm)
- hand applying of the pulver plast by electrostatic or electrokinetic TRIBO aplication technology
( pieces till diameter width 1260x hight 2380 x lenght 5300 mm)
- curing of pulver plast by the hot air ( pieces till diameter width 1600 x hight 2400 x lenght 3200mm)
According to the character of the material, demanded life and according to the surface we suggest the most optimal solution. We also ensure colours in RAL shades. In case of abovestandard shades we can have these shade made at our supplier.
2. Paint shop for applying of liquid coating composition
Spraying booth for applying of waterdilutable or solvent coating composition ( epoxids, epoxipolyesters,polyuretans, polyesters, acrylates or another special types).
- pieces till diameter width 2500x hight 2500 x lenght 7000mm
- final surface of painted products : shiny, semishiny, matt, deep matt, smooth, structurated, other special effects.
