- The FLASH 75 CNC circular saw is designed for highly productive cold cutting of metal materials. The cutting tool is a saw blade with carbide inserts. A saw blade made of high-speed steel - HSS can also be used on the machine.
- The circular saw mainly cuts alloyed and non-alloyed, round and square solid materials and profiles in fully automatic mode.
- These machines are usually used in mass and batch production with the requirement of high speed and productivity of repeat orders. Particularly in the automotive industry, forges, steel mills, toolmakers, etc.
- The machine includes a bar material loader with automated bar loading into the saw.
- As standard, the saw is manufactured as an automated plug and cut cutting centre = technology equipped with all necessary options for immediate and productive cutting. Once the bars are loaded into the hopper and the cutting program is started, the saw automatically cuts the bar face, separates the waste into the ferrous waste container and then drops the cut pieces into the finished pieces container. When the cut is complete, it separates the rest into the waste box and repeats the next cut.
- The automatic system is controlled by a SIEMENS system with an intuitive operating environment.
